At Sea Daisy Malibu, each piece is created with intention and care. Many of our items are made to order, so we kindly ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order.
✨ Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
To request a return, please contact us at info@seadaisymalibu.com within 7 days of delivery.
✨ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
✨ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
✨ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
